I left the car for a simple oil change and brake pads replacement. And when I go to pick up the car there is a check engine light on! They out rightly deny and ask me to pay $200 for diagnosis and say repairs will cost $900. And later they say parts are back-ordered. Later they found other issues that were not found out with a $200 diagnosis and made me wait further for repairs. Finally engine check light came on after they did something and I paid $1300 to find my key fob damaged. When I ask for a replacement they arrogantly say it was not damaged by them and need their supervisor's permission to replace it. When I insisted they replace it and made me feel it was my mistake, I broke the key and asked them for a replacement.
