Confirmed Service Customer
I had not been into this service department in quite sometime and I came in for an appointment for a recall repair. I was surprised on how much it had changed. The staff seemed stressed and unorganized compared to my previous visits. I texted about car progress and did not get a response. I called and was told it was not ready yet. I did receive a call later that car was ready. Pick-up was frustrating as I was I instructed to wait for a gentleman to enter data in his computer from invoices he was working on. After 10 mins he stopped and asked me if I had an appointment. I told him I was there to pick up my car. At that point he asked another gentleman who came in and I was given my keys, invoice and I left.
