Showed up on my appointment time and dropped off my truck. Was told it could take a good part of the day to do the recall update. Around 2:30 I called to find out how things are going. I was told that they had tried twice to get the update to take and with no success. So I picked my truck up and rescheduled another day to get the update. Just saying it���s an inconvenience to have to bring my truck back for recalls. It���s seems to me that GM needs to provide better equipment to dealers to make things better for software updates.
