I came into the dealership on a Saturday. They were really busy. However, Russell and Geormiah took great care of me. They both worked with me so I wasn't waiting long periods of time, filling and handing off paperwork to the financial team. Russell even helped them wash the car. The sales manager also met me at the end and sent me off with my new Encore. The team and the vehicle are great!
