Confirmed Service Customer
I set an appointment online. I arrived on time. After I was checked in, I was asked if I had an appointment. My truck sat for 45 minutes before it was pulled into the shop for service. I had a question about some warranty work and asked to speak to the warranty manager. I was informed that she was too busy to talk to me.
