I was greeted when I arrived and asked if I would need a ride or if I would be waiting. When I picked up my vehicle, the service performed was explained to me and my questions were answered. The mechanic put down plastic over my seat and paper on the floor mat to keep my vehicle clean.

Your service folks took great care of my concern and problem. My concern moving forward is trust. I take my truck to you for service and hope that all of the tasks are taken care of. When I discovered that a simple tire rotation wasn't done, then you start to wonder what else hasn't been done as well.

I went in for a recall and that was done quickly and successfully. During the 27 points inspection the tech discovered a suspension issue that needed so be repaired. The parts were ordered and that work was completed before the promised time.

For my first time at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC, it couldn’t have been better! The staff was super friendly. All my questions were answered and more. I was even given a Lyft to a nearby Barbershop while I waited for my car to be maintenanced. And when I was finished, I went over to the parts department to get some new floor mats, and though they didn’t have them in stock, they went and picked them up from there distribution center and I was able to have them same day. The team here at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC went above and beyond! My truck has never been in such great condition. I will definitely be returning with all of my GMC truck needs.
