I have 2020 GMC 3500 Denali with 6000 miles on the truck water pump broke, throwing the fan into the radiator tearing the shroud apart and your service department couldn���t tell me whether or not that was under the five year 36,000 mile warranty after waiting for eight hours I decided to go ahead and fix it myself. I will never deal with a GMC or shiv dealer again I think your service department needs a little bit more training on responding to request for answers
